All of our milk is produced on our farms in Dutchess and Columbia Counties in New York State. We
process the milk nearby at Boice Brothers Dairy in
Kingston, New York, and we sell our milk in the
Mid-Hudson Valley, Long Island, New York City, New
Jersey and Connecticut. We offer our valued customers
high quality food choices with a low carbon footprint.
It is our mission to secure living wages for our farmers
and their families. By ensuring a fair price for our
farmers’ goods, we keep those farmers in business, which
means preventing the loss of their land to development.
We are award-winning - our farms have won awards for the
quality of their products like the National Dairy
Quality Award and NYS Environmental Stewardship Award.
We meet the strictest standards of Kosher law and are
certified kosher by KOF-K Kosher Supervision, one of the
foremost Kosher certification agencies in the United

Hudson Valley
Fresh is a not-for-profit dairy cooperative dedicated to preserving
the agricultural heritage of the Hudson River Valley and promoting
it as one of the premier food regions of the United States.
Presently, our main
business is producing premium quality dairy products – whole, skim,
low-fat and chocolate milk along with half and half, heavy cream,
and sour cream - but we also market other Hudson Valley food
products via our website.
We believe in
supporting sustainable agriculture and are currently preserving
5,000 acres of open land. It is our mission to secure living
wages for our farmers and their families.
